Tarama with Caviar
This tarama is the result of the delicious combination of smoked and salted cod roe and small black pearls from the sea. It is to be enjoyed on blinis or on toasted bread, ideal for a refined aperitif.
Composition: Rapeseed oil, smoked and salted cod eggs 27% (cod eggs, salt), water, caviar 5% (Acipencer Baeri sturgeon eggs, salt, preservative E285), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), concentrated lemon juice, condom E211. May contain traces of crustaceans.
